I've never seen one either. Don't most folks use a strap or a chain? It might be nice to have if I could figure out where it goes! :puzzled:

He says it mounts on the passenger side (right side). Maybe he's talking as you look at the engine because that way would make more sense.

i see holes on one side but what exactly holds the otherside down(to whatever)? or does your engine just bounce off of it till it breaks or bends? and who is kenneDy-bell? kenny-bell maybe?

Kenne-Bell short for Kennedy-Bell, at least from some boxes I've seen through time, me thinks.

It looks like a flat piece of stock someone bent and drilled two holes in. What would that even mount to on the engine. The unused engine mount holes on the driver's side??

Maybe so Phil.....then the other end butts up against the frame rail on acceleration. This way it is running on the reg rubber mounts until it hits?

From the looks of it it might be a piece that Kenne-Bell made and sold years ago----NOS??? Yeah, NOS from the scrap pile---looks like a piece of strap steel the guy hammered, welded and drilled in his garage then hit with Krylon paint. I think this guy is hoping a few of his choice words in the ebay auction will create a buying frenzy (ie--"NOS", "Kenne-Bell", etc). Patton
