I'd rather deal with Texas sun damage than Ontario rust damage!

    Todd, I'd have to agree..

I have some Nevada/California sun damage to my interior...it sucks! But much easier than repairing metal:grin:

I took the bottom section ot the door panel out and spray painted it, doesn't look too bad, and it wasn't that tricky to get out. I'm not sure how to get the crank for the window out without doing any damage. I believe I've used two screwdrivers when doing it at the yard, but then I haven't been too picky about not damaging anything.

Oh man. That doesn't look fun. Yeah, I've heard the plastic paint works well. I know carpet paint works wonders. I bought some at Autozone and sprayed it on my Riv's door carpet. Looks brand new!

That's the same thing that happened to my plastic lens covers on the interior sail panel. Thought I could just take 'em off and clean 'em. Nope, they were vaporized.

The 4 door electra that's in the yard at the moment doesn't have the same kind of inner panel as the one on your car, otherwise I could have seen how much they would have been. There used to be this four door lesabre at memory lane but I was there today and it's gone. Keep looking, sooner or later the'll be one right under your nose.
