I need to order some bushings. The one in particular is on the Brake Reaction Rod. I have never even heard of it but I looked in my Service manual and that's what they called it. It is the rod that comes from the lower A arm and goes towards the front of the car and through a hole in the frame. After it goes through that hole is where the busing should be then the washer and nut. Are these the correct ones? http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=MOG%2DK426&N=700+4294908256+4294908237+4294925084+4294925130+4294892674+115&autoview=sku If not where do I get them? Thanks, Joe
no those are not correct, those are control arm bushings. you need the strut rod/radius rod bushings. you can get them from napa heres the link http://www.napaonline.com/masterpag...cription=Strut+Rod+Bushing+-+Front+Suspension
That seems kinda spendy. I wonder if they are going through that Rare Parts outfit. Buick Farm lists NOS pieces for $6.00 each for the front bushing, and $8.00 each for the back one. I believe that is for the rubber bushings only. http://buickfarm.com/ I should add that I found those using 1970 for the search year, and it lists for '69 - '70. When I tried 1967 they didn't show up, but I can't imagine there are any differences from '66 through '70.
