Hi, Can someone tell me the difference between The "Stage1" fender emblems as they came from the factory in 1970 as compared to 1971. If the pin locations are not the same, then how are they different? Thanks. Larry DiStefano (1971 GS Stage 1)
The pin location changed in '73, I believe. The pin location is the only difference and you can still get the '73 on up stage1 emblem through GM, so alot of people go that route as the originals are near impossible to come by.
emblems they didnt cange until about 73,the early ones had one of the mounting pins behind the1,the later ones had the pins moved closer together
