   This is listed as a 66-67 bumper, but I'm not familiar with those rectangular holes ... homeade N25, or something I'm missing? o No:

   It is a 67 bumper with the back up lights missing, that is what the holes are for. 66 bumpers are different, the back up lights are by the license plate in 66.
