I purchased some door seals about a month or so ago from ebay. The seller had almost 7000 feedbacks, with only 1 negative. I felt pretty safe. I did the buy-it-now and sent paypal immediately since the shipping cost was right in the ad. I never got my parts nor any response from the seller, so I went through the whole "paypal thing" and got my money refunded. It actually went pretty smooth. Anyways... I look at his feedback now, and in the last month almost every feedback he's recieved is negative. How can he not be banned?? Many of the bidders filed complaints and got their money refunded. Is there another step required or what? I seem to remember a 3-strike rule at ebay? 3 complaints and your booted? Am I crazy? o No: Here's his feedback
Looks bad. That should do it once eBay reviews their account. Accidents happen though. I'd hate to think he's in the hospital or somehow incapacitated, but it does happen. John
happened to me as well got like 6 negs last year i was in the hospital with my back broken they fused it in 4 places and then screwed it all to my hip bones anyways it does happen i have also given time to things one to 2 month if no one is responding after i have bought something and yes i have always gotten my buys but same thing people get sick, there are accidents and life goes on hope getting your money back was enough Greg
Yes, getting my money back was enough for me. I thought the same thing as you.... something bad must have happened. But that's why I asked the question about "what does ebay do?" He had a "store" on ebay. If someone didn't shut it down.... people would just keep buying things from him. That's not doing any good for anyone involved. I see now that his store is empty, so hopefully there won't be too many more neg's on the way. o No:
