    Okay

    on my 64 Cat,

there's a bracket that holds the two cables from the rear. I have that.
What I don't have is the piece that holds that bracket to the swinging bracket which is pulled by the front cable.

What is the missing piece called and where can I find it? I fabricated something out of an exhaust clamp, but it's gonna hit the propeller shaft sooner or later.. Knowing what ya call it would help me in my quest for finding a replacement...

this pic shows how it was at first... with something someone else made to fit in there..

Parking Brake Equalizer possibly? It would tell you in the Chassis or Assembly manual for 1964.
