Got my new pair with the pegs to replace the pegless ones that the previous owner super glued to the door panels. Needless to say I have no clipsto work with and knowledge of what they should look like or where to get them. I tried a pack of speed nuts from the local auto but there is not enough peg sticking through. Looked at the parts place and other resto sites and they show no clips for these inside emblems! What do the correct ones look like and where can I get them?
Very difficult to remove, and re-use. Most of the time I would bust the stud while removing. Used a thin cut off blade to cut the old clips and then put new one back on. The good ones, I had were from busted stud ones. Never found a supplier, but did not look very hard.
