It's new actually. We paint all the guitars for Fifty Two Custom Guitars. http://www.fiftytwocustomguitars.com/
Amazing! The wheel and tire combo is perfect! 15x8 with 295/50R15 in rear and 15x8 245/60R15 up front?
I would not have thought that color top would look good or have even thought to use it, but wow, it looks great!
Beautiful! If you're interested, there were 2 Sandalwood steering wheels that came up recently for sale & I don't think either one was sold.
i remember seeing it when it was being worked on and didn't have an interior, me and my father had gone up for a part, the paint as well as the car looked beautiful!!
That’s a beautiful job Sean! on a separate note, I’d love to discuss a new top for my 71 with you. I keep wanting to run down there for a Thursday cruise night but between the rain and work it hasn’t happened. I know you are busy too so when is a good time to call?
Hi Tom, Give a call anytime. Or try to make it this Thursday night. Weather is supposed to be good for a change!!
Complete! Posting for sale in the cars for sale section. Now to get going on the '69 Sportwagon!! Thanks to all that followed this build.
Turned out great Sean! As I suspected they would, the emblems & rockers really look good w/the Seamist. Thank you again for the sprayouts! For anyone who hasn't followed this, earlier in this thread Sean did sprayouts of several greens in order to decide what color to paint this car and then offered them up. My '70 GS 350 4-sp is Seamist w/a Sherwood Green painted top & Sean was kind enough to send me sprayouts of each & I cleaned up a piece of roof trim so I could finally see what the car would actually look like done. He went above & beyond and had to make up a new Seamist sprayout for me for which I'm extremely grateful!
I have to also agree with Rich Jones here and all the others who Love the Green/White or Black with Red lettering and Stripe combination. Seamist just fits with this car and era, and gives its class while still being just cool!
