You know, I didn't think it was super horrible. I think the vinyl roof would have looked great along the whole roof, and I like the way the chrome Buick emblem fills up the small C pillar. Once again I echo what others have said. Someone has 10 grand for wheels and paint, but can't buy the $20 courtesy light lens or replace the heater core. And that thing chained down under a hood is a power capacitor.
I saw the movie The Bucket List last weekend (and it is a great movie), and they tear up two cars (a 71 Challenger and a 68 (?) GT500) that are as rare as they get (or at the least clones, but certainly not special effects fakes). The funny thing is, they do not ruin anything else in the entire movie, and even decide not to shoot a big cat as though their conscience got the better of them....
