Ok this is going on about a month and a half. I can't make up my mind on what kind of brakes I want for my car. Disc brakes front and rear of coruse but I keep seconded guessing getting the willwood brakes. The car only has a Buick 350 and I plan on keeping it, but on the other had I have a tendency to treat every back road and highway like a road corse lol........ Only 1 speeding ticket so far in my lill red cavy. Any way I'd like some input on the kind of performance I can get with different disc brake sets. Ps I have a big tendency to down shift the tranny to slow me down to. Love shifting those gears without a clutch.
if u intend to hotrod the back roads, then buy the wellwoods but be sure they will fit behind your wheels without any interference to the rim nor the back plate. wellwood makes a quality product. keep the original gm drums on the rear. by the way, constantly downshifting, if u have an a/t, may ruin the tranny.
