Took my '71 out for a ride last night.First time with new coil springs.Incredible improvement to ride quality at all speeds-especially over reasonably large bumps.
I had seen where others had said there was an improvement but I gave it no credence in a car where the existing springs appeared to be OK except for an inch or inch and a half of "sag".Well 37 years of the same springs was apparently enough. The car now is smoother than any new one.It was the last thing I had to do to the suspension. In retrospect it should have been the first.Control is excellent ,but compliance over uneven surfaces leaves me amazed.Just regular Moog pieces too.
