Why bother resilvering a mirror when you can get a entirely brand new mirror from Ground Up? It would make better sense.
Unless something has changed the mirror available was day/night stainless back version without the map light option. It is possible they have now put that one back into production also. If so, I would like to know.
Ground up has the repro map light mirror, but the pic they used to have on the website showed a mirror with the maplight that looked to be on the wrong side of the day/night flipper. Now there's no pic at all. I sent them a couple of emails asking about it and never got a reply. Has anyone picked one of these up? Is it close to original?
