I have a 95 Roadmaster wagon that leaks water into the passenger side floor under the carpet when the air is on. It runs down between the firewall and the firewall pad under the carpet. The drain tube is clear. I have had it apart 2 times and sealed arount the box where it fits together but it still leaks. I have made sure all screws are replaced and the lower part of the box is in properly. What am I missing?

I seem to remember something about a drain under the cowl area that gets clogged with leaf/debris ... not sure if this is the drain you are talking about

    I would join impalassforum.com

Very common with the late B bodys. The hole that the water goes through between the two chambers is not at the lowest point for some reason. It requires some water to accumulate before it will start flowing towards the drain. I had to drill another hole at the lowest point before I could stop mine from leaking. Now there is no water "depth" required before it will drain. This is in the part that you remove under the dash.
Also make sure the little right angle rubber hose is still in place on the outside of the firewall. I even put an extension on it to make sure the water wasn't blowing back onto the firewall where the nipple comes through.
