No. There wasn't anything like a luggage rack or fitted luggage for the Electra in 1970. For the convertible there would have been a wheel cover available, but I think that's about it. In the Canadian cars I've seen from that era, there wasn't even any cardboard fillers or mats available, most just had a bare trunk with a plastic cover on the trunk floor and that was it. Fitted luggage was available in some cars back into the 30s, and on Mercedes until the early 60s.
