I'm going to look at a 69 stick motor or a V8 member.....i will ask about linkage or other parts.....

I already have the 70-72 back drive parts and 70-72 linkage....

I also have linkage for 69 and would like the back drive if I can find it.....so far..... no can find.....:ball: :ball: :ball: :ball:

so every now and then I bring it back TTT.....

Mark..well, lets see..I think have everything you want EXCEPT that bracket at the top of your pix. ..I cant really tell what its shape is, but, if you can send me a few more-bedder pix at different angles..I may be able to find that piece too! I bought a 69 GS 400 4 speed setup some 15 years ago and I still have most of the parts but darned if I recognize that bracket...? :bglasses: the pic is the only one that I have.. I got it from a ebay auction 2 years ago......anyway that bracket mounts to the trans side plate.....like shown in the diagram below....:idea2:

interesting that the shifter handle in that picture actually sez "HURST" and not just the "H"

 

Alan..I've never seen an original Buick HURST handle with an "H"...I've seen that on Olds but never on a Buick...Buick shifters, UNLESS I CAN BE PROVEN WRONG..and thats entirely possible...always say HURST. :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
