I'm still looking for a nice driveable 1959 Invicta or Electra. Will look at nicer sedans and 4 door hard tops, but prefer a 2 door. Would prefer A/C, power windows and power seat. Don't want a major project, want something driving but don't need a show car. Rusty and crusty or bondo buggies need not apply...faded paint and blemishes OK. Willing to trade my 1966 Electra Convertible for it, here's your chance to get a loaded up convertible driver. The only big option missing is A/C, it has just about everything else. Now here's the problem, I'm in Canada.
I think I posted this info here once before but: A/C in B-59s is just over 10% of production, power seat is 14.5%. Don't happen to have the PW number, but finding all 3 on one car is going to be a challenge. I had an Electra 4-dr flattop that had PW & Pseat, but was non air. My Invicta coupe has none of those 3. I wish you luck in finally getting your Delta Winger.
I'll score up some newer pictures, for now, here are a couple older ones...The car looks pretty much the same still. This can be yours if you come up with a 1959 Electra of Invicta; - as I said, I'll look at a nice sedan as well!

Yeah, that's a gorgeous LeSabre, it's the right colour too. Very tempting...But it's a low option LeSabre.... And that's the problem; - if I was going to spend the money that is probably being asked for that particular car, I'd prefer an Electra with some options, and with that flattop I'd need a power seat. (I used to own a 60, I don't fit well in them without it, I'm 6'8".) Now that's just me though, others won't be that picky. I've driven a number of low option 59 LeSabres over the years, (mostly basic 4 door sedans, never seen a low option flattop) and they've all left me wanting more, in particular, power steering and power brakes among other things. That thing is a bear to park. Good luck with the sale.
