It's like seeing an old ghost. I had a 71 with the same exterior and interior.

Did you see the weight of that thing!?!? Over 5,100 lbs.!!! I'm assuming it has a 455 in it.

He also had a low mileage 68 Post?

Not sure if this outfit still has it but it was a skylark with like 2500 original miles.

I remember that Estate Wagon being on ebay a couple years ago.
Don't recall what it sold for, or if it sold at all.

At least this is one big Buick wagon that won't end up in a demolition derby!

I wonder what is the story behind the duct tape over the drivers power window switch? Car should still be under warranty........

I'm also curious about the overspray on the distributor and vac lines... Things that make you go HMMMMMM.

I have seen a lot of original distributors that had overspray on the vacuum can and the rim like that. I have never seen any in a long time that still had the original vacuum hose so I am unsure about it.

Looks like a spray bomb job to me . The engine doesn't look like a 266 miler either . I suspect a disconnected odometer on this one . Still low mileage but come on 266 ? get real . I have 5K on my 72 Suncoupe resto and its cleaner than that under the hood . The paint on the thermostat housing is orange . The grease built up on the front of the emgine looks suspect . IMHO

Pretty amazing if it really is that low mileage. I could see the engine bay not looking so great after all those years with 34 years on the clock and lots of bare metal parts from the factory. Ext is certainly nice.

Is it just me or does it look like a four core rad tank on the drivers side and three core tank on the passenger side? I think if the mileage could be documented then that engine has some nice details on it for future resto information.

The guy must be a nut case. 22,100 and still didn't meet the reserve. I'am sorry but the car just isn't worth that kind of money. The seller should have taken the 22,100 and laughed all the way to the bank. Tom

Listed for the 2nd or 3rd time on eBay...and with 3 more hrs to go the bids have gone up to $ 33.100 .... and still "reserve not met"
