Not a Buick story but a good story non the less. It was a beautiful sat afternoon and I was on my way to my parents house so we could all convoy to a local cruise night hot spot. I was minding my own buisness and as I looked in the rear view I saw some car frantically weaving in and out of car to get next to me. I ended up first at a stop light and this guy was right behind me. The car was so close to me and so low I couldnt even tell what it was! The light turned green and I babied it from the light. As soon as this guy had his chance he got next to me. It was an OLD man driving a new silver viper GTS coupe. To make matters even better, he had his lady friend with him who was a fraction of his age. So he keeps goosing the throttle trying to provoke me. I gave him a few gooses back. Being the gentelman that I am I was nice enough to let him leave first. As soon as he left I poured the coals to the 548 BBC. Within seconds I had several car lengths on him. I got up next to him again and looked over at him....he looked pissed!!! :moonu: He violently turned down the first street that he could turn down. I got a good giggle out of that one!! LOLOL! Im sure the salesman guarenteed him that he could smoke anything on the road. I wonder what his lady thought of that??
haha nice! I've seen a brand new viper run 11.1 at the track. He lost control almost every run on the 1-2 shift. Good kill! Show that rich old guy who's boss!
Great Kill and another one added to my favorite kill category "Wise A$$ bully picks fight and goes home crying with a bloody nose" I can probably count on my one hand how many times I've instigated a street race in all the years yet I could fill a book with all the times I've been picked on and sent them home bloody :beers2: GREAT KILL :beers2:
Good kill! That is one thing I love about big block power. It goes right now! Unfortunately with the turbo car I am alwaya giving them the leave. Fortunately it is fast enough to recover and walk by just about everything. Mikey
