I have two sets of these types of plates and so decided to sell one of my sets. This is an original set of very rare vintage New York State historical license plates. The plates are in excellent condition. I contacted the custom plates unit of the NY DMV and these plate numbers are not in use so they can be used on your classic car (the blue background with yellow/orange letters/numbers was used from 1966-1973). The registration sticker on the plates is from 1973 though there are a few older stickers under it and you can still get NY registration stickers for practically any year by looking online.
