    I have lived in Portland for 54 years.(All my life)
    Hillsboro is a suburb of Portland.
    These plates are not all that old.
    This dealer was called ...prior to the early 70's...
    "Streitwesser Buick"
    My 5th grade teacher "Alice Streitwesser" was
    the daughter.
