doing a restore on a 72 GS 455. The vin tag is rotted very bad .i have the proteto plate and the cowl tag.Still in great shape is there any one that will redo the vin?
www.trimtags.com does cowl tags but I do not anyone that will do VINs for obvious reasons although some requests like yours would be legit.
if worse comes to worse i can try to redo the one i have its just the last 4 numbes that are real bad
Someone remakes those but has to be "known". If you have access to a press and some number dies, you should not have a problem duplicatiing the last 4 digits.
Thanks for the help. I do would have been nice to have a new one they make the cowl tags But could not find a vin tag maker.
