   i need to know where the vin number is on a 1973 riviera
   i was reading another thread and they mentioned that if it has a rear swaybar(i have) it is possibly a gs, i have no emblems on the car,
   please tell me where the vin number is thanks

   It's on the dashboard...drivers side - you have to read it through the windshield.
