    4=Buick Division
    54=LeSabre
    67=2dr Convertible
    1-1971
    X=Kansas City, KS
    184447=Production Number

    Don't forget that's a "Custom" LeSabre! I'm not sure about the X plant off the top of my head, but the rest is correct.

    Plant Codes for '71:

    C - Southgate, CA
    G - Framingham, MA
    H - Flint, MI
    X - Fairfax, KS
    Y - Wilmington, DE
    Z - Fremont, CA
