Hmmmmm will he buy it? So the guy comes over with his wife & kids, that's fine. The guy spends an hour slamming doors (if he did it one more time I was going to ask him to stop) & the trunk, crawling under it, bouncing the front & rear ends, eyes the body lines. I understand all that, you MUST give any car your going to buy the once over, but then he gets on his cell phone for over a half hour talking to some other guy all the while totally ignoring Dana & the car. He takes it for a ride, then comes back & has the wife drive it (BTW she owns a 64 1/2 Mustang). Ok fine almost 2 hours has gone by & he finally says "well I'm going to have my buddy who is a mechanic come over tomorrow to look at it since I don't know much about these cars". I don't think this guy understands Ebay. He was the winning bidder. I don't get a good vibe from them so maybe it's for the best he does not get it. Unbeliveable Ok, last update 4:30 pm The guy (Ebay name 240sparti) calls Dana & says "it needs to much work I'm not buying it" Dana says "You are the winning bidder, you are obligated to buy it ,again you are the winning bidder". He says, "No I don't have to buy the car I have done this before"(meaning he has backed out of deals on Ebay before). Long story short, the guy has changed his Ebay name a few times. Dana has left him Neg. feedback & will be reporting him to Ebay as non-paying winning bidder on Thursday. Even thought we are kinda relieved it's not going to this guy... we just hate being "F"d with like this. What a SCHMUCK. Thanks again for reading my rants. I truly think the guy thinks Ebay motors is a used car lot, bid on what ever & then back out after winning it, cause the wife don't like it. Yes that was one of the excuses "My wife thinks it needs to much work, she don't like it" That's cause she drives a Rustang. Dana knew there was going to be trouble when he saw the guy for the first time, because he looks just like David Berkowitz :jd: and it's funny cause our neighbors German shepherd came running at them at one point last night, ya think the dog was trying to tell him something?
