Recently I've purchased a number of items from members here.
Marc Schiff supplied a beautiful AM/FM radio.
Robert Moses supplied sail panel courtesy bezels.
I also have some other small parts , still inbound. I'm very confident I will get the parts & in the stated condition.
My experience with these gentlemen has been second to none. Communication is always the key that leads to a smooth transaction. Goods were exactly as described, no hitches or strings attached. I must say I've been very happy with purchases from anyone here in the past. Seldom will I post in this forum but that just explains there are never any issues to deal with, for me. I honestly don't expect anything less. :beer

    Hey Steve,
    Just an FYI.
Spoke with Herman, VERY happy with Parts and dealing with You, But Not real Happy with What Ever Postal Service parts went through.
He went and grabbed the Tube. SOMEHOW, it went from You to Houston Via BOMBAY INDIA!!!!!!!!
How things go from Canada to the Southern part of Texas I'll never know.
The Part You shipped to me, came right through, NO PROBLEM.
I just thought You'd get a Laugh out of the Direction the Postal people use in their routing, and there MIGHT be hope in finding your old Radio, Unless it now is attached to a Water Buffalo. :TU:

    Hi Steve and J.R.,
Just another comment about the Post Office.I do not know which one-U.S. or Canada, but of late things are kind of "hit and miss".I am still waiting on a new fuel pump from Nevada for well over two weeks(even with about $25. postage).Yet a front cover made it to Arkansas in a week or less from here.Sometimes the horses(or dogs) are fresher than other times I guess!!

    Gordon,
I confirmed with Canada Post & the addressee that the radio was in fact delivered. No one home so they left it on the front step. Addressee suspects a construction crew working next door may have grabbed it. No way to prove anything. I filed a claim & was paid the insured value by Canada Post. Bought a replacement from Marc Schiff. No delays getting that one here.
Worst thing about the lost radio is that it's likely in a landfill by now. Box gets oopened & they figure it won't fit anything they have. Toss it in a dumpster or the nearest ditch.
