Vent window seal replacement

I'm going to replace the rubber seals in the vent windows on my 63 skylark.

Wondering if anyone has any good videos or information/instructions on how to do it?

I'm completely in the dark here so any information is appreciated.

This is for a 67. I imagine they are similar.
