After getting the 455 rebuilt and on the road again, I notice a little valve train noise directly under the valve covers. I wonder what I can do about it...
Oil pressure: 55 lbs cold @ 2000 RPM, down to 30 when engine is 180 degrees and idling around 900 RPM.
I did have the heads cut down a little but the shop did not cut the intake down any. ( He said it was not necessary)
Lifters, cam are new. I did re-use stock '73 rocker assemblies as they looked OK.
The engine runs OK, but is a little lazy until RPM's are up somewhat. This could be due to the 2.73 gear ratio. BTW, the cam is mild. ( 224/234"@.050")
    Lunati grind # 33302, I think.
    Any ideas?
