Short of sending your out for chroming, the best bet may be watching ebay. The valve covers fit al nailheads formt '53-'66. The outward appearance, oil fill, pcv vavle openings, etc... will differ from year to year, but they all have the same mounting dimensions, gaskets, etc...
If I am correct, the factory did offer chromed valve covers in the '60s as an option for some GS models but I can not personally verify that.
With that said, if you are not set on chrome valve covers, there are more than a few cast aluminum/finned style availible: Offenhauser, Eelco (NWSpeed), Moon, factory style BUICK script (watch out for the cheap repops, they look terrible), plus a few others like Edelbrock, Edmunds, Holmes, Fenton, can still be found at swap meets or on ebay.
O'Brien Truckers offers valley covers, and sparkplug covers in finned aluminum, as well as other dress up goodies.
As far as other stuff for the car, check the vendors listed here and with your local Buick Club of America chapter.
Feel free to ask questions or for parts as you need to.
