Valley cover code ?

    Its a 425 ci if the code is mx am I correct on this ?

    Thanks Tom .....would it be easy to get like 375-400 up out of a 425 ?

    Kyle et al.

    According to my copy of Dealer Service Bulletin Letter No. 66-106A, dated March 18, 1966. The MX code was for the 340 cid 2 bbl V8 (export low compression.)

    The 425 codes for '66 were MW for the single four barrel engine and MZ for the dual four barrel engine.

    If you'd like, I can scan a copy of this dealer letter and post it here.

    PS - The dealer bulletin was issued to add the new MS code engine: 401 cid V8, 11.0 to 1 c.r. four barrel carb

    Sure Ed that would help I am driving 6hrs sat to pick up a 425 nailhead I found the paper I wrote the code on and it is a Mw thanks again
