I have a Buick electra 1984 Limited. Whenever I turn on the climate control to Ac or even the vent, the "system engine" light comes on. and the car will surge a little bit. Also whenever I go up steep hills or into the mountains, the car's speed will just drop to 45-50mph and it wont go any faster even if I put my foot all the way down on the gas. Can both these problems be related? Also The car has 114k and its 307 engine. Stock
