I have a question, I need info on where the vacuum lines go on my car? does any one have a diagram for a 1958 buick special, 364 engine and dynaflow tranny, also the darn thing will not stay in park, it drives and reverse and everything but park, just getting tired of the old throw a brick under it to keep it from rolling. I ajusted it already and still no luck. and info on that to would be great.
I don't know what trans your car has but I know the older dynaflows had a parking brake pawl, which was very fragile. If the car was parked with trans in park position and someone tried to push or tow the car this part would break. The trans would function in all gears except park. Best to have someone who knows about the trans look at it. Jim Schilf palbuick
thanks now another quick question? The other part I need is the air canister that works the wipers, it has small holes in it, can i get by without it and change the wiper system over to new the cables were broke also, and what else will I have to convert over if I get rid of this part?
