What you need is a 1965 Buick Chassis Manual. That is something you should have. They are available on E Bay,

    On CD ROM, http://www.gearheadcafe.com/servlet/the-507/1965-Buick-shop-manual,repair/Detail.

In the mean time, you can go to www.wildaboutcarsonline.com. Join, and then you will have access to Buick Service manuals in pdf form. I just took a look and the information you seek is there. It has to do with the heater control valve vacuum conections.

The chassis manual put out by Buick for the 1965 Rivvy doesn't include a vacuum line diagram. I'm currently trying to track down that same info for my rat ride 401/400 turbo Rivvy. Any help would be awesome!

I didn't think there were that many vacuum hoses on the 65 Rivvy. It might be better to ask about which lines you are unsure of. On older cars, there are usually only the vacuum advance line, the air cleaner line, and the climate control vacuum lines. These lines can be hooked up several ways and there would be no difference in performance.
