Try - http://www.cliffshighperformance.com/index.html Parts Page - http://www.cliffshighperformance.com/parts.html Quoted from Cliffs "now offering rebuild kits similiar to what is found in most over the counter kits. They will still contain a Viton .135" needle/seat assembly, stock gaskets, complete accellerator pump assembly, float, fuel filter w/spring, small parts, instructions. They will not contain a secondary cam/spring, power piston spring assortment, idle mixture screws, fastener set, idle tubes, or the 1/4" thick aftermarket gasket. Other items can be added to them if/as needed. They are still a LOT better deal than any over the counter kit, as we are still including items not found in those kits at about the same price. Prices start at $29.95 for the non-computer controlled carburetors. It is best to call the shop to order kits, specify "HP" or the "SR" kits, have you carburetor part number available...."
got another question guys. . .more of a preference type thing. Can you guys give me your opinions on what types of base gaskets are the best and why? Sorry just trying to be a sponge here. (oh and I just found out I have a leak in it so seeking opinions...)
Get yourself a Copy of Cliff Ruggles book, It will answer all your questions.. How to Rebuild and Modify Rochester Quadrajet Carburetors http://www.cliffshighperformance.com/buy_book_2.html edit: sorry mate I should have read your post a little better, I thought you meant a fuel leak, techg8 has it below.
I think the most important thing it to match the gasket to the year baseplate you have. Generally the base gaskets are very thick and take up a lot of slop. I dont run into too many base gasket leaks unless I am using a carb spacer. Be sure that if your baseplate has the "U" shaped vacuum channel on the underside towards the front - you use the basegasket with a "straight across" leading edge that covers the "U" completely. Otherwise a vacuum leak results. I dont favor one brand over another in base gaskets. Gessler has anything you need BTW, and FAST shipping.
