V6 - V8 Harmonic Balancer Question?

I will be looking to get a new balancer for my 350 soon. Here are a few questions I have.

Do anyone make a SFI balancer for a 350?

Can a V6 balancer be used on a 350?

If a V6 Balancer is used will the Timing mark line up?

I think that is enough questions to start with.

Phil, new 350 balancers are still available and reasonably priced. The timing marks for the v-6 balalncer and the 350 are in the same location. The balancers however are not the same.
I've never looked into an SFI for the 350 so I don't know if they exist, my guess would be that they do. Jim Burek

 

Jim, I am unable to find a local parts house that can get one, and mail order is 130.00 . Can you advise as to where I can get one for the 350 at a reasonable price. Thanks Clint

Well, you can have your original revulcanized by Damper Dudes in Calif. I think they charge $50-65 to do them.
