v6 and 300 pistons same?

  1. From what i can tell the v6 is a 300 with two cylinders cut off. so i'm wondering if a person wanted top build a turbo charged 300 he could use the forged rods and pistons that fit a turbo 6 right? obviously you would need 8 instead of 6.

rods may be too short, pistons will work just you'll get a lower compression of whats advertised

  4. the v6 and 300 have identical stroke and same rod length.
