Where are you finding non-cog v belts?

A place like Grainger, maybe...but you have to know the size and width you want.

Quanta Products, LLC sells them. http://www.gastanks.com/1966/products/518/ They are the full restoration type belts the Corvette guys like. Officially licensed by GM. Good product if that is what you are looking for.

I just went to my local hardware where they have a large selection of belts for lawn/farm equipment. Took my old belt, measured it for length and then guessed at what width it was suppose to be and out the door i went for like $6.00. The damn car now spits the belt off with every hard romp but i found a dent in the lower pulley, the power steering pump is not dead nuts straight and it sits to high on the engine so i am not getting a lot of surface contact with the fan pulley. I am going to relocate the steering pump and take care of the dented pulley and see how it tracks. Otherwise i will go back and get a thinner belt and keep this one for a spare.
