Went to SLC on friday and back to denver on saturday and then today I went home by way of Kearney Nebraska!! Im home but look at these shots!
That is some of the most breath taking scenery around. :beer :TU: Hard to beat I-70 between Denver and I-15 for beautiful country. :bglasses: Well maybe I-80 between Reno and Sacramento. :TU: I can't get enough of the western USA. Thanks for sharing those pics Mike.
All the shots in Utah and western CO were taken at about 88-92 MPH. There is nothing out there either!!! My daughter and I made up some time on the desert!! It was 109 temp on friday there!!!
Right, got to pay attention to the sign at Green River, UT westbound. "No Services next 103 miles" They aren't kidding either.
I've seen that sign many times  It always makes you think twice :Brow: Great pictures Mike! :TU: Thanks for posting those.
Utah is absolutely amazing!! I've taken 4 trips out there in the past 7 years...It had an effect on me that still lasts to this day. Here's a pic of me (left) and my bud Kevin on a mountain biking trip a few years ago outside of Moab, Utah....
Another of Kevin and Chris on the infamous Slickrock trail, overlooking the Colorado river. The Slickrock trail is incredible.....think petrified sand dunes...traction is unbelievable, all you need is the strength to make the climbs and the kahonaas to do the decents! You obviously want to stay in control, as the alternative could be deadly!!
