** URGENT rear end needed

    I know this post is in the wrong place, but I need help fast...

    My rear end "died" today in my 65 Skylark....
    This is my only transportation right now, So does anyone out there have a 1964-66 8.2" 10 bolt rear they want to sell me? I would prefer a 3.36 posi unit, but any differential that fits this rear end can help........

    Sorry to reply to my thread again ---

    What about the bearings? I heard that thay aren't made anymore... What is the p/n?

    Try ratech. If they have bearings and a crush collar for the 67 - 70 Riviera rears I have to believe they have anything. http://www.ratechmfg.com

    Thanks for the link...... Not exactly sure what went out in the rear... I'm going to look tomorrow. Right now I'm leaning toward an 8.5 swap
