upper control arms

    ok i have a dumb question. i was pressing out the bushings on my suspension and ran into trouble. the upper control arms how do you get them off cause they have the shaft for the alignment.

    The way i do it is to burn out the rubber then the shaft will slide out.Then i take a air chissle and smash the metal part. When reinstalling you can put 1 bushing in then the shaft then the other bushing. Also put the bushings in the freezer for a couple day before installing them it helps alittle bit.
