I replaced the upper bushings in 2010 when I first started working on the car. Used Moog figuring they were the best and longest lasting. 5 yrs later and I start hearing a clunking noise in the front end and the front bushing on the L side has walked out of its sleeve. Pretty much worn through on one side. So now I want to go with poly bushings but cannot find a supplier for the Riv. Does anyone know if the polyurethane A body bushings will interchange with the Riv? Id like to get this out of the way this week.

Maybe a Chevy Impala crosses over? Look at the stock for both vehicles to see if they have the same part number. I've had this problem with various brands of control arm bushings. It is possible that the a-arm wasn't at the right position (stock riding height) when the clamping bolts were tightened, which would put them in a twisted condition at all times. At least that is what I think, based on a similar situation on my Skylark about 10 years ago. The replacement set lasted 10 years, and were the same brand (McQuay-Norris).
