Anyone know of a good website for color comparison? I have some re-upholstered bucket seats but I am having a hard time figuring out what the color is AND if it is a Buick color. The gentleman whom I bought the seats from told me they were Sandalwood but they dont seem to match the color on the OPGI website. Before I order rear seat covers and door panels I sure would like to know the right color. Any help is appreciated. I will post a picture shortly
    Thanks

The first 2 pictures are in partial shade next to a green hedge and with a white sheet of paper. The other 2 pictures are in the direct sun. I think the color appears to be a tannish beige but my wife sees a green tint. Anyone???

It could be but that is not the issue with light colors. It could be called the same color, be correct and never match what is there. This happens all the time with white and off white interior colors regardless of their techical names.

There is no mistaking it, that is a set of 71 Chevelle seats in Sandalwood.

The pattern is 71-72 Chevelle, but you can see where the seats have channels cut into them for the listing, so they are definately 71 seat cushions.

The problem is that each manufacturer probably has a different color of sandalwood, so if you want to match the rest of the interior to these seats it's going to be tough.

I don't know what year car you have but Buick never offered Sandalwood interiors with buckets, so if you want to match the seat design you would need a Chevelle rear seat cover.

    Thank you Duane
I thought they were either El Camino or Chevelle 71-72 pattern. Now to determine which color. The info was very helpful.

Pick a colour, I think Sandalwood is right. My '71 is also Sandalwood.
Request a colour sample to confirm before the order is finalized. This was done when I ordered carpet & seatcovers. Takes the guess work out of it as you see a piece of the actual fabric they will use.
