I bought a used hood from a '72 225 to replace the one on my '72 Limited. From memory, at first glance, the openings for the insulation on the 225 hood on the underside appear to be different. The 225 hood has 4 long triangular shaped openings, which again from memory is different from the Limited. Is there any chance the hood is from a differnet year? Thanks. Mitch
The only hoods that will just bolt onto that body are the 71 and 72 hoods....and they're all the same, regardless of model.
