I have a nice under dash wire harness, in storage. It is Buick, I assume skylark. I assume its 1970,1,2, is there any difference. Are there indications on the lettering on the looming?
Are these harnesses different if the car was higher optioned? Even if that was available, cruise etc.
    Thanks

I think that there is a plastic tape/ sticker near the firewall that has a 4 digit code on it. (picture 3) There is also a tape/ sticker on the bottom left corner on picture 2. These may be part number tags, or date code tags, or a combination of both.On later years that code was broken down by the julian date and the year, but not certain as to the order Example 5280 would be 1985 , 280th day (October 07), appropriate for a 1986 model year car.
