I Know This Is The Engine Section But I Cant Seem To Get A Response.

What Kind Of Paint Goes Under The Floor Board And The Bottom Of The Trunk?

My Car Had What Looked Like That Rough Trunk Paint

Is That Correct Or Is It Something Else?

Under was probably undercoating. Inside the trunk is speckle paint gray/aqua or black/aqua.

So Should It Have Anything On The Underside? It Was A Dry Type Like The Trunk Paint And Was Grey

Yep, that's old crusty undercoating. Kinda looks like cottage cheese right? I use a needle scaler to get it off. If you try to use a wire wheel or grinder it will get kinda sticky again and be a real pain in the ass to get off.

Ok Then Should The Under Side Just Be Painted Then?
If So What Color And Gloss?

The best color for the underside is semi gloss black. I use rust olium semi gloss black and it looks factory. Yaccy is right about inside the trunk.
just cleanit real good before you spray.

    Use POR-15 on the underside.
