a friend of mine has a 71 stage1 convertible that is factory black with green interior,car is all apart and in primer...does anyone have a picture of that combo...any other weird color combos out there?
I would like to see that cowl tag. Either dealer repainted it or someone else has because you could not get green interior on a black car.
Unless it was an SCO. I am with you George. I am going to want to see the tag before I believe someone specially ordered one like that.
Sorry, the trim book shows it as possible. Interior code would be 150. Shows possible exterior as A( black) C H K M W Z Acceptable P Q. Not as weird as my 70 Stage 1. Aqua mist exterior with a saddle bucket seat interior.Combo does not even show as acceptable. Bob
Bob I checked my books and at first looked at 70 converts which indicated green was not an available interior on a 4667. But then I looked at a 71 and you are correct they changed the options so that a 3467 could have been ordered without an SCO in a green vinyl notch back seat.
My mistake on the green, guess I was thinking of 70. Never seen green on convert though. Black and green is a wierd combo. What was top code?
