There is a set of 70-72 Skylark hubcaps on ebay right now. I think they have to be the ugliest hubcaps ever designed, especially since the Buick chrome wheels look so great. Does anyone out there know of a worse looking hubcap?
Hub Caps cover the hubs and wheel covers for sure cover the wheels. Are you talking about " hub caps" or...wheel covers?
I have a set of 14" inch spoked hubcaps from a 70/72 Buick GS hanging on my garage wall, I will post a pic later, I think they are cool. Something diffrent than the average wheel you always see
I bought a set of those hubcaps just to get the 15" wheels that came with. They will be hung on the garage wall as Phil has done.
I'm talking about the full wheel covers that came on most of the Skylarks. All of the ones I've seen have been either dented or had the finish ruined. I would have picked the poverty caps over these amd just added trim rings.
Those are much cooler than the stodgy hubcaps I have. Wire hubcaps must have been popular in 70. I see lots of Corvette adds showcasing them.
i got some slick (or so everyone else thinks) looking 14" wildcat wheelcovers in the truck of my new buick.... pics later
No, the Centurion has Buick chrome wheels. I'd like to put spoke caps on it, but I've never seen a set for sale. I'm assuming they are very rare.
I want the hubcaps that are on all the 1972 Buick Riviera's in the brochure. Never seen them anywhere else, so cool.
