I just bought that on e-bay. $40 only... To my big surprise, it works super well and the sound is as good as with a CD. No losses in trebles or bass. No scratch at all.
Just plug in the cigar lightener, take your USB flash memory loaded with 200 music pieces (of the seventies if possible :pp  :) ), tune your radio between 97 and 99 hz, (find an empty chanel), tune the device accordingly,.... and listen. The device does not have any display. Just a green light saying it got power. You need to find your songs with two basic RRW and FFW buttons. But still better than a tape.....

This being said, I tested it on my recent PT Cruiser, with electronic dispaly radio. Once I go to south and see my Centurion, I will test on the original FM radio, and tell you if it works as well...

I've got one that I boght at Costco. The price was a little less. The one thing I found is that you want to rely on your car's volume knob.

I've got a little mp3 player/USB device and I turn the volume on it low and adjust using the radio volume. It also has a plug for headphones for a non-USB style player (I've also got an older Archos 15g Jukebox).

Need to tone down what I said. When I tried it in my underground garage in Paris, it worked super. Once in the traffic with different radio chanel every 0.00001 Hz, that became an other story. Radio chanel overlaps with the tuned frequency of the MP3 transmitter. When I put the antena back in (manual on the PT cruiser), all went OK...that means that on the Centurion where the antena is in the wind shield, I need to break the glass !!
