    on 70 Riviera.

Changed out all the bulbs with 1157s or 1157NAs.

Where is the flasher under the dash. Anyone know? :)

    TIA

Mine was on the fuse block, unless you've done something funny to the resistance of the bulbs in the swap I don't know why it would quit when you changed them. Its a little canister looking thing up in the top right if I remember correctly, its been almost 2.5 years since I messed with my old one.

one on fuse block is for hazards

one dangling up to right of box is for turn signals

    all is well :)

let there directionals, now it's time for let there be interior light

so onto the door jamb switches!

Before 1967, when there were no hazards, the flasher unit was mounted on the fuse box, as you noticed, the 1967-70 cars had it somewhere near the parking brake pedal. Later, it returned to the fuse box.

With a regular (non heavy duty) flasher unit, if there is one or two bulbs that are burned or have a bad contact, it might stop to flash or flash very slowly.
