For tilt equipped cars it screws in the collumn and you'll see flats on the lever its self. For non tilt you have to remove the steering wheel and if a ralley the adaptor and cover plate. Then you can reach in with a phillips and unscrew it. When you get the wheel off and that solid cover you should see it. Easy really.
